Nvidia surround, taskbar problems

I have two dell monitors and one 960, performance is great but the taskbar from the start button to the show desktop and clock is only on my left monitor, I fiddled with nvidia surround but no success. Optimally I'd like the taskbar to span both monitors and have start on the far left and the clock on the far right.

I have a 960 as well but it really doesn't matter in this case. Nvidia surround allows the bar to either span both screens continuously (the start button on the far left on left screen and rest on the right of the right screen) or be on one screen you choose.

I believe the options are found in the Nvidia control > desktop > select which one you want.

You may be correct, I have 3 monitors myself.

Good to know, I thought as much but could not remember as I haven't tried to use surround on 2 monitors.

 

Either way I will still verify the setting you need when I get home in 6hrs @Bernstern unless some else gets you the information before hand.  ;)

You can use surround with 2, 3 or 4 displays.

 

After activating surround you get a new option; Go into the NVidia Control Panel > Desktop tab > Surround Display > Select or De-select "Confine Taskbar To Single Display".

No it did not fix the taskbar from defaulting to the far left after random restarts or shutdowns
