So my friend basically wants to upgrade Everything and asked me for help, so this is what I got her. I do realize the PSU is COMPLETELY overkill, but we have a great deal on it here in Sweden right now so it's basically the same price as a 650w Gold edition EVGA. All I want to do is check with you guys if I missed any compability requirements or if something just doesn't match at all. She already has a drive with windows and a DVD player, so she's fine like that.

You can't over clock that CPU with that mobo. Get a Z97 mobo instead.
