25" 1440p good?

Is it noticeably better than 1080p?

Intel Core i7 4790 CPU  - Stock cooler - Gigabyte GTX 1080 GPU

 

Asrock Z97 Pro4 Motherboard - HyperX 16GB DDR3 1866 MHz Ram (Dual Channel) - Cooler Master V750 PSU

 

 

Samsumg Evo 250gb SSD - Segate 2TB - NZXT S340 Mid-tower.

Too late (bought one 3 months ago for $280 that's IPS 4ms).

Well I had to wait a while to get a gpu so until recently I couldn't play games at 1440p.

Always buy Hardware when you can use it. Returning is off the Table for you now.

Well 27" was $100 more and I thought that wasn't worth it. I wouldn't buy another monitor just to buy a 1440p one a little later, that's stupid.
