Screen tearing

I just bout an Alienware 15 r2 and I have played war thunder at max settings at 60 frames a second but I have a screen tear and I don't know what to do to fix it. If you have any information or have had the same problem please help me out. Thanks so much for any help.

maybe you can go into the crimson driver and make a profile of the game (if there isn't already one). Go into the profile and enable v-sync (<-- I think that's what it's called)
