Title says it all, I am looking for a DAC for my PC and Xbox One to connect into. I am currently running the analog audio out of my xbox 360 into the line in on my pc and out to headphones or speakers. This setup works pretty well, but the xbox one I am trying to connect doesn't have analog out. So I am looking for a DAC with optical input as well as analog or usb to work with the pc and RCA/TRS output.

Setup

Xbox One - Optical Out

PC(Z77A-GD65) - Analog or Optical Out

Mackie Monitors - TRS/RCA input preferred

AKG K240 headphones (will probably upgrade in the future if recommended)

I saw a few options to fix my problem for now. I like the idea of the Modi/Magni stack to allow for some serious upgrades to my headphones in the future, but going this route would require a Modi 2 Uber for the extra input for the xbox. Is it worth the extra cost (~$100) to get the Modi 2 over either of the options below? or does anyone have other recommendations? Thanks

Internal - Have SLI setup, so not sure if a PCI card would be the best route.
