This happened after i closed Watch_Dogs.

If I remember right, after you play a game it shows an ad for another game, but if said ad wasn't working correctly it would show something generic or the ad provider in place of the game ad.

Ubisoft: Ah, you've just finished playing one of our games you bought. Now we're gonna shove this AD down your  throat so you can buy another game.

Player: Um? Fuck you.

Ubisoft: Oh do't worry kind sir/madam. We just fucked you up the asshole! Hey, you'll remember the good story of the one you own and buy another!
