google says no . its closed source so the only way ull get one that works with ARM is from them

 

but  u can with mumble

 

instead of a Raspberry pi buy an small x86 board the size of an RPi aroud 69$

I wonder... Could someone make a case for it to go in a 5.25" bay? That'd be a cool way to keep your servers compact and inside your main pc.

thats actually a really sick idea.

And if you think of all those cases that have like a metric crapton of unused 5.25" bays, if you filled me all up with PIs it would almost be like having a mini server rack.

Best part is if you futureproofed your rig you have more then enough power to run 3-6 pi's through 5v molex adaptors.

 

Then again... Pi uses 2watts of power idle. Probably 20 watts top. Lol

I guess I didn't realize how good of an idea this was when I first posted. If you guys are interested, I could create a 3D model of a 5.25" PI case. (I'm pretty handy with 3D modeling software) I have to drive half an hour to a library to use a 3D printer myself, but maybe one of you guys will want to print one.

Decent idea. Could even turn a Pi into a fan controller/temp monitor. Add a front display. Heck. You could do many, MANY things.
