DRAM is another way to say RAM. If your motherboard, RAM and processor supports XMP, use that. Make sure that all are supported before you go and enable XMP though.

Depends on the motherboard manufacturer. Some manufacturers still allow you to change it, even if it's not supported. Others will grey out the option.

A quick search shows that all of your hardware is XMP compatible. It should be fine to enable it. Hope this helps.
