900$ Gaming Build

I am buying a new PC for Gaming and less for recording gameplays....

My budget is 900$-1000$[American Dollars].

I have monitor 24" 1920x1080 Full HD,and keyboard,mouse,headset...

So I wanna the best PC for that price to play on High/Ultra.

Any preference (amd vs intel) n' stuff? Cause for minecraft intel is better as it runs java faster but for rendering an 8 core fx 8350 would be great
