So when I start any game on my firends PC display suddenly says no signal but the sound continues to work I when I need to hard shut down it. And when I boot it again it works until I start any game. I also reinstalled windows on an new hdd to be sure

Its probably dying at that age. So id tell your friend to back up his data and start looking for a new PC.
