I simply love the "this is censorship on youtube/youtube is about freedom of speech/people are not allowed to have their own opinion" argument. 

 

Hey, dude. How about creating 100% your own content, instead of commenting and "reviewing" other youtubers' stuff? Or, ya know, simply ask them first? 

 

Apart from that, just dispute the strikes... I've had my guitar covers flagged and taken down, yet my account still stands, because derivative works and stuff.
