Mic auto mute Windows 10

Okay so my computer/OS is automatically muting or lowering my line in volume to 0. It's completely random, don't matter what programs i am using. I have changed to different Mic input devices, have tried un-installing and re-installing my audio drivers; restarting my computer, virus scan. I need help driving me nuts, my OS is windows 10.

 

Another question. 

 

Windows 10....  A bigger virus then Windows Visa? Let me know your thoughts. LOL
