Can I turn a pair of headphones into Bluetooth capable ones with a Bluetooth receiver?

Can someone link me to a cheap one?

I saw an instructable a few years ago about someone doing just that, ill look for the link.

There are tons of cheapo bluetooth receivers on amazon, here is a slightly costlier one that can actually do both receive and transmit functions.
