Dirt 3 issues.

So I recently got Dirt 3 in the sales. I downloaded it booted it up and then turned up the graphics because I need it to look sexy.

 

So it loads the new settings and all there is is a black screen with a green tinge on the edges.

 

The AMD loading thing shows up fine however nothing else, I can also hear the ambient sounds like it is still on in the background.

 

HELP! I have already done the thing with deleting the hardware setting, I reinstalled the damn thing and still nothing!!

 

I have a feeling it is to do with my 144hz monitor as I know Skyrim for example has issues, so any help!!
