So i got a corsair C70 case and the PCIe brackets and PSU top brackets looked like they got kicked inward.

I opened it and saw the damage.

Will amazon exchange the case?

Yes they will, they have a 30 day return policy on most items. You can either do the return yourself or contact support because you might be able to get a little extra out of it of someone else damaged your package. Worth a shot

Go to your profile --> Orders

 

Find the order for the C70, and select 'Return Request'

 

Tell them it was faulty. If it was delivered by Amazon EU S.a.r.l., then you can return it to any Collect+ point nearby (there are a lot of them, surely there is one close to you).

Otherwise, post it back to the seller. They will accept if it is within about 30 days after purchase. An e-mail will be sent to you with a print-out of the return label, to stick on the box (that it came with, or another box that fits the item - don't stick it on the original packaging) so they know where it's going. Amazon will refund within 4 hours of the item being given to them. Other sellers may wait for it to come back to their headquarters and test for damage caused by the user.

 

Order a new one.

When I filed my RMA with Amazon they had queued up a replacement and emailed me the shipping label within 5 minutes.
