All standoffs ground?

Yes, it's fine. Motherboard should still be grounded.

The motherboard doesn't use the standoffs for ground, it uses several ground pins in the ATX 24 pin connector and grounds to the PSU which grounds to the wall.

The motherboard grounds to the case still.

Yes... But do you honestly think the current going to the case is significant? The 24 pin connector is where almost all the power grounds to. Otherwise you wouldn't be able to touch your case.
