my fren computer got bluescreen problem

here is the spec

i5 3570k no overclock 

intel stock cooler

asus p8z77-v lx

asus gtx670 direct cu II OC (FACTORY OC)

cooler master m2 620watt

1tb caviar blue/black (i forgot )

Cooler master k380

kingston ram 1600mhz 4gb single channel

old dvd rom (no problem)

 

software

window 7 ultimate 64bit 

 

after he install window 7 , he only download 3.0usb driver from asus web and does not insert motherboard dics install other driver example intel blah blah , he used around 2weeks and start bluescreen , about twice a day or more , i asked him to install the driver , after install its still the same problem !

we need to know what kind of error is causing the blue screen to help you but, before you try find out try swapping the RAM sticks with something else RAM malfunctions and problems are quite common causes of Blue screen of death

Please follow the advice on this thread and upload the dump files to the forum for further analysis. That way we can try and figure out what has caused the BSOD and how to fix it. There are literally thousands of causes of a BSOD, so we need some more information.
