Powers but doesn't boot

My PC:

Motherboard: M5A99FX Pro R2.0

CPU: FX 8350 - NZXT Kraken cooler

PSU: Corsair RM1000

GPU: R9 390X

Case: NZXT Phantom 530

RAM: Kingston hyperx fury

The motherboard is powered but the red cpu_led lights when I start the PC. Nothing appears on the monster so I can't access bios. The Kraken fan and case fans spin but the GPU fans don't, however I've tried an alternative GPU and PSU with the same end result.

Any help is appreciated,

Is it turning on and off?

 

Check the CPU socket pins to see if they are bent

It turns on the fans start but nothing shows on the screens and the led stays on

Maybe your GPU was DOA

I tried an alternative GPU and it came out the same

Also the GPU is about 3 months old and this is a new issue
