Well, I was thinking about doing a RAID setup with my SSDs (2x120 GB), and I wanted to make a backup of it. Sooooo I was thinking: Can I make a RAID 1 setup with a RAID 0 volume, and how can I do it?

Nope, what you are wanting to do is not a backup and requires 4 disks minimum. You are describing what is either RAID 10 (striped array of 2 disk mirrors) or RAID 0 + 1 (Mirror of striped disks arrays) which both require a minimum of 4 disks.

You are better off buying an extra HDD and setting up a nightly backup either using Windows Backup or some other method. Never think of RAID 1 as being a backup, if you delete a file or the file system becomes corrupt then it is so on both disks.
