My friend that I play lans with cant play for shit on his pc without micro stutter and frame drops so I am building him one for less than 500. Any suggestions on specs? He plays things like Leauge, Tera, BO3, Dota. I am thinking a gtx 950 which I will overlclock and an i5 of some sorts.
