Windows 10 is not clearing "Standby" or "cached" memory pools.

SubTract

Now before you jump in and say empty memory is useless memory. I know and I agree.

I'm having an issue where when my computer starts to use "To much memory" Instead of clearing out old cached memory (or pageing) and using that, My programs are crashing. The page file usage never goes above 500MB.

OS: Windows 10

My system has 16GB of RAM.

I have 7.5GB "cached"

Page file is capped at 4GB.

Then my MineCraft server is allowed 4GB.

I'm Currently having an issue when just cause 3 gets to around 4GB usage, Instead of clearing the "Cached pool" like it should do. My MC server and JC3 are crashing. Also confirmed with GTA V.

This is very frustrating. Anyone encountered anything like this before? Or perhaps know of anyway to fix it?

Thanks,

Jacob.

Check for driver updates. (anything Realtek is a prime candidate)

Completely purged my system of realtek last week. It was blocking my mic :-S

Also everything is up to date as of yesterday.

I thought it might be the issue.
