Is this a good buy?

What's up guys,

I was planning on upgrading my pc and right before I was going to go to micro center I saw this offer, https://chicago.craigslist.org/wcl/sop/5362366487.html. This was my original upgrade idea  http://pcpartpicker.com/p/8F9PZL. I like the idea of a new case and I wouldn't haven't to take apart my old build. Good deal or pass?

Edit: Yeah the psu was too weak.

I would get the new parts from microcenter. After adding up the cost of taking the build on craigslist and adding new parts to it it just wouldn't be worth doing.

I have ram and an graphics card already

I would say play it safe if you have the money and get parts from micro center and the i7 is a little old and do you even like the case?
