I got my build up and running, but the only storage that my computer shows is my SSD, my HDD is the Western Digital Caviar Blue 1TB, but it doesn't show up. What have I done wrong?

It may not be formatted, Check Disk Management. Does it show all drives? The drive you are looking for may not have a Drive letter assigned or it may have a black bar in both cases you need to right click and either assign a drive letter or Initialize and then format it.

Where should I put the NTFS folder? My SSD is the C: and my HDD is going to be the D:

Both need to be formated NTFS, your C: drive (SSD) will already be set up like that. You need to format your second drive and give it a Drive letter.

@Jech

Press the Windows key, type diskmgmt.msc, press enter.

Right click on your HDD and assign a drive letter.
