Windows 10 Problem.

So I have been having this problem since i decided to upgrade to windows 10. When ever i start up my computer my main monitor is fine but my second monitor is just blank. it's still getting a video signal because it's on but i can't see my mouse when i move it across. and what ever was on it last session I can't pull it up. The only of fixing this I have found is restarting my computer. it's getting on my nerves. any help would be appreciated.
