PC randomly Not outputting video

Hi, 

For some reason, usually when I put load on the gpu, my PC stops outputting video. I can however, still hear sound and the PC continues to run fine, just without any VGA output.

 

Specs:

Mobo: Intel intel DH55TC

CPU: Intel Xeon X3430

GPU: Nvidia 295

Ram: Geil Black Dragon 4x2GB

 

 

 

Thing I have tried already:

 

1. Plugging monitor into different slot

2. Checking to see if the PSU can handle the power draw.      (draws 550w my psu is 650w)

3. Reinstalling drivers

4. Tried different monitor

 

Notes:

GPU is not overclocked and never has been.

The PC can take several cycles to get it to boot. Reset power about 3 times (Related????)
