Cheapest card??

I want to make a watercooled system for funzies (please don't ask why ! :P )

 

I don't really care about the performance but of course I want it to be decent..

I want to have a fully watercooled system on a budget, so I need 2 Graphics cards that have waterblocks on the cheap (full cover)

I was looking at the 7770 but there are no full cover blocks for it. 

 

Help??

 

(don't worry about anything else, I just need help with the graphics cards)

So you're looking for the cheapest card with a full cover block for it?

I like the color scheme of Noctua fans. Deal with it. Forget about the bad memories of the past.

Should add it can be AMD or Nvida, but I would like some performance out of it and Crossfire/SLI compatibility.

Its going to be a learning experience .etc for my real build, anyways, who are you to tell me what to do? :P

Wrong form of waste but I agree. I would never do that to my parents. I was really conservative with my rig, but I could have gotten a GTX 690 and an i7 3930K. But, I didn't

3 or 4 480s off of eBay I don't know if you can get blocks anymore though

they are $150 on ebay.

I got two 6970s plus 2 EK acetal-plexi blocks for $280...

 

Took months of shopping but it did work  :lol:

 

Some of the older card waterblocks are hard to come across... (I wouldn't get anything too old for a GPU)

 

I saw a 480 with a waterblock already installed go on ebay for $80 or so... Since it only had the waterblock and not the stock cooler I imagine less were interested in it and it went cheap...

 

Just keep your eyes open, something will roll across the screen.
