Are they good?

 

They are good an improvement over the old version with slightly higher chip density, but there are other single color LED's out there like Addon Customs or Modguru that have even better LED chip density and give a good run for their money. As for magnets they aren't a problem as long as your not placing them right ontop of the drive.
