Good cpu for 4k

ok hi everyone im new to the forum so i hope this in the right place anyways im building a htpc 

using that case msata ssd 2x4gb sticks ram same motherboard, im wondering what is a good cpu for 4k playback lga 1150 im not doing any gaming just 4k playback and typically one that is 77W or below -thanks

Get a G3258 or some i3. The CPU doesn't matter, just the GPU.
