Can you take a screenshot of what the graphics settings are set too in the game?

Temps are good

Cpu: A6 3600 GTX 750 Ti

A6 3600 <--- There's your problem, not powerful enough for GTA

I think the processor is your killer here, might have to run a lower res even lower :unsure:
