I built a computer today but have to wait until tomorrow to get WiFi. I have two options, WiFi card or an ethernet cable. Would a WiFi card be good enough for competitive gaming, and downloading large games (Fallout 4, Rainbow Six Siege etc. etc.), or should I get an ethernet cable, I'm only thirteen so I don't think I really need that level of speed, considering my family only gets 3Mb/s under what we pay for.

EDIT: Would this be a good WiFi card, or can you suggest a better one (not too expensive), would it fit in the Z97S SLI Krait Edition Motherboard?

Ethernet cable is best, no matter what. Even if you don't think you'll need it, it'll help a lot. WiFi is unstable and much more prone to interference.
