390x fan problems

So when luanching a game of CS:GO my 390x ramps it's fan speeds up to %100 and when playing GTA V it runs at 88 degrees. Is this normal?

In GTA, this is a normal temperature, considering the 390X is a hot-running card.

As for CS, it may have something to do with fan profiles, but, if the fans spin down again, it shouldn't be an issue

No I don't think so

 

Set up a custom fan profile. That's what I did with my 960, and now it's silent

Use Afterburner to create custom fan profile.
