Drive Not Working Properly

I have two drives installed in my PC: a 250GB Samsung 850 EVO SSD and a WD Blue 1TB HDD.  I just got an error on ESO telling me that I do not have enough free space to download the game.  Upon inspection, it seems like my PC is only saving files to my SSD, however by HDD seems to be in working condition.  I have attached images showing the problem.  Is there anyone who has experienced this problem and can help?

It looks as though windows is seeing the HDD but not detecting a usable partition on the HDD. Try using Disk Management to create a partition on the HDD and see if that makes it show up under "My Computer"

Go to disk management, delete the current partition and create a new simple volume. If there is no current partition, just create a new simple volume.

That's really weird do you have another PC or a friend's PC you can test the HDD in? I'm guessing you've tried other SATA ports and stuff already right?

No I don't have another system to test it on.  I was going to try a new SATA cable to see if that would work, but because of the location of my system, it is kind of difficult to get at it.  I have tried all of the SATA ports.  Does anyone know if it is possible to take it somewhere to be tested?  I don't know, they'd probably give you some bullshit story saying it'll take days to test it.

Literally anyone you know who owns a computer with SATA ports could help.
