Sub-woofer keeps turning off...

I have a Yamaha YST-M100 2.1 speaker system with a sub-woofer included. The sub-woofer is turned on at the start when first powering the sub-woofer but then after a few minutes, it turns off for no reason. This happens with both my Yamaha sub-woofers as I have two pairs of YST-M100s... Is there a way to fix this?
