After  a windows 10 update was installed on my parents computer it can't connect to the internet and it gives an unidentified network thing and blocked 3g. I have no idea what's going on and if need be I can just reset the computer.

Could we have some specs on the machine, specifically what the network card/chip is? Also, is their primary internet connection through a 3/4G USB dongle?

Man I really should've specified more, sorry, It's a base Inspiron 620 desktop, it doesn't have WiFi, and its just a realtek network chip, no dongle for 4g/3g.

All I can think of is to get the Realtek driver off Dell's website and reinstall it. Of course you need a second device to download it with and transfer it over...
