Hello! I have amd a6 6400k and "Corsair VS550" and my gpu im going to buy "MSI gtx 960 4gb" will it go together and work fine?

With an i3 not but with your current cpu yes.

It will be worse, get the 960 4GB if you've no plan to upgrade to at least i5 or Skylake i3.
