I got an SSD for Christmas and i also got a 2.5 inch to 3.5 inch adaptor thing ywhich came with a terrible sata cable which I am forced to use until I buy a new sata cable.

This cable is basically molex to sata power and a sata cable put together into 1 module that connects onto the SSD and i've read that MOLEX is not the best thing to use, is this true or can I keep it?

I've been thinking of buying a SATA Cable, is http://www.maplin.co.uk/p/akasa-proslim-sata-cable-a97nl that cable good or not?

Mostly it doesn't matter when it's Molex to Sata.

You motherboard should have come with like 4 cables. You cna use that.

Intel Core i3 2100 @ 3.10GHz - Intel Stock Cooler - Zotac Geforce GT 610 2GB Synergy Edition

Intel DH61WW - Corsair® Value Select 4GBx1 DDR3 1600 MHz - Antec BP-300P PSU

WD Green 1TB - Seagate 2.5" HDD 1TB - Seagate Barracuda 500GB - Antec X1 E.

My mobo came with only 2 Sata cables which I already use, if molex to sata is fine then I dont really need anything
