I'm in Australia, my budget is about $1200AUD or $1300AUD max and maybe some slight overclocking and by productivity I mean school work a little bit of video editing and rendering, I also have a list I made just then can you tell me what u think of it?http://au.pcpartpicker.com/p/JrbvP6

You are not going to do much overclocking on a locked CPU. You will need a "K" CPU if you want to overclock.

I'll try to see if I can make your build better. It is good, but I'll make it better.

Only thing I would say is to try and go with 2x8gb for ram for v.editing

Thanks, also do you think it's worth saving a little extra for an r9 390x or stay with the 390, also do you know when that cpu starts to bottleneck?
