Battlefield 4 Question

Okay. My PC doesn't have CD/DVD Rom, so I am planning on buying Battlefield 4 from origin.. or Amazon, I don't really know - now when it's on sale for just $20. My questions are:

 

1. I don't have to pay monthly fee to play it right? It's not like WOW.

2. And its better to buy the premium version because of the bonus maps?

3. When I buy it from origin, I make an account, add my credit card info, then it downloads straight to my PC?

4. Where is the best place to buy it from

5. Is the game worth it, because I am kind of tired of BF3, want to try something new, and I look at gameplay and it looks good.
