For such a high end build, I would recommend upgrading to SLI 980ti's - makes no sense to do 970s on something that expensive.  Also consider X99 - for whatever you are doing, the 4 additional cores may be worth it over the better single threaded performance of the 6700k - especially if you can overclock the 5960x

Solve your own audio issues  |  First Steps with RPi 3  |  Humidity & Condensation  |  Sleep & Hibernation  |  Overclocking RAM  |  Making Backups  |  Displays  |  4K / 8K / 16K / etc.  |  Do I need 80+ Platinum?

If you can read this you're using the wrong theme.  You can change it at the bottom.

It's mainly gaming and streaming :/

then totally go 5960x.  It's a beast of a chip and Linus has proven that it will do better than a "normal" i7, especially when running games, streams, and possibly encodes all at once.

Only issue with gtx980 is that it goes 970 500$ then 980ti single 1300$

Fuck that means I'll have to get a motherboard that isn't any where as nice as the Asus Maximus hero alpha VIII cause that thing is sexy. :/

Btw why is every calling this build a troll?

Because at first glance it looks totally overkill and like you just loaded it with options.  For example, 4 SSDs and 2 6 TB HDD is pretty damn extreme.  Most people will just assume that's a troll, especially when you listed software too (never seen that done before)

Oh well I mean the storage was because of the option of 6 storage slots on the thermal take level 10 lmao oh well and software well it was an option so I did it but you can see my issue with getting 980ti's?
