Streaming/Recording pc

I am hoping to be able to build a streaming/recording pc soon but I am not sure of what parts to get. I am definitely going to be buying the AVerMedia Live Gamer Extreme LGX But I am not sure of what parts to get that will run streaming and recording best. I have a very limited budget but I can work harder to get more money faster to be able to afford this. I have none of the parts needed except for peripherals which are completely covered. I will put out a flexible budget of $1,500. I can do a bit more than that if needed but only as a last resort. Please post your build ideas below.
