I want to get Ram Mobo Cpu Psu Hdd Cpu Cooler 

For around 350 Cad Is this a good starting point i want to buy this then save for a good gpu rather then buy this and gt730\

keep in mind this cpu doesnt have an iGPU, so you also need a  gpu in order to make it work

also the cpu cooler is not a must, it comes with one, and it is not as noisy as the fx stock cpu cooler
