Premiere Issues

So I have this clip that I am trying to put in my premiere project and when I view it in the source monitor it works but when I play it in my timeline Its just black unless I key it then it shows whatever video is underneath it.

Adobe has 24/7 support if you hae an issue call them up well... unless your copy of premier isnt legit
