something is wrong.!

i just bought a second hand video card. galaxy gtx 580.

the graphics was cool, but the game play is kind a delay.

when you press a button on nba 2k16, it takes .1  - .3 seconds to respond, even if i lower the video settings and graphics.

i even turn off v sync, anti alliasing it is still the same. what should i do? 

 

 

my Computer specs is :

a8 7600 k

8 gig ram 1866 ghz

1 tb hdd

650 watts corsair psu (true rated, if this is relevant)

Does it only happen in 2k online? If so then it's a problem with 2k severs which are know to have very bad input lag on all of their games.
