Depending on what you want to upgrade yes. If you already have a GTX 960 which is a PCI-e GPU then you can upgrade all the way to a titan (if you had the money to xD)

 

If you want to upgrade the CPU. Just make sure your upgrade/replacement CPU is the same socket type as your existing one. (LGA 1150/1155/1151, AMD)

 

PSU's can be a little dicey in big box brands but usually there is no problem.

The only thing we have to fear is... Stupidity...
