Hello,

huh.. so I'm trying to build my first own Computer. I've done a few changes on my old one but that broke down a few days ago and now I'm done doing repairs. I wanna have my own Thing, since this time my old one won't even start anymore.

My Budget is around 4,000 € (with the current Exchange rate it would be around 4,376 USD, so heck let's just say 4,500 USD Maximum[although my mother will kill me for spending all my hard earned Money on a Computer so let's try to be under this maximum] )

I'm from Germany, Think I Need to mention that.

I'm planning to do 4k Gaming, I already have the ROG Swift PG27AQ Monitor.

Current games I'm playing:
Witcher 3, Fallout 4, Dragon Age Inquisition, FIFA 16, Assassin's Creed Syndicate, Ryse Son of Rome, Skyrim, mostly AAA Games...

I also do a lot of graphic design, which is why my second Monitor is a Huion GT 185 HD Pen Display for drawing on my Display. Programs I'm running are Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator, Gimp, Paint Tool SAI, and so on.

I have a mouse and Keyboard from my old Computer, but that's a Microsoft Wireless Comfort Desktop 5000, it's not really good for gaming so new mouse and Keyboard would be good.

Thank you all in advance!

Rainchen

11TB hell yeah

EDIT: Just noticed one thing-most of computers in this thread share same roots: i7 "K" CPU, Water cooling, LGA 2011(-3) MoBos, 980Tis in SLI and a lot of RAM and storage space.

We are probably also sharing the same roots.

I don't think I would recommend X79 as new build this far down the line. What brought you to that recommend?
