Hey, I'm going to build my first loop

and for drailing I thought to do something like this:

But I didn't understand where he connected this tube, he said he connected it to the radiator, and he didn't mentioned any splitter he used

So how to do this like him?

The rads he used has multiple ports so he used one of the extra ports, if you don't have that option you can always get a T splitter to add in a drain valve.

The extra holes should always come with stop fittings from the factory, but yes you would add an extra length of tube the one of the extra ports, a slightly more elegant way is to use a valve instead of just a stopper. You can add a piece of hose to that when you drain the loop:
