Thanks man.

One more question , doesnt x3 need CPU cooler, really?

It has one included. The 4690K has one, as well, but it is shit for overclocking, so we included a better aftermarket cooler in our builds to take advantage of the unlocked processor.

Intel Core i7-6700K | Corsair H105 | Asus Z170I PRO GAMING | G.Skill TridentZ Series 16GB | 950 PRO 512GB M.2

Asus GeForce GTX 980 Ti 6GB STRIX OC | BitFenix Prodigy (Black/Red) | XFX PRO Black Edition 850W

No, the stock cooler is enough to cool it. The 212 Evo should be more silent and would look better, but that's up to you if you want to spend 24$ for that.

CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 5800X3D GPU: AMD Radeon RX 6900 XT 16GB GDDR6 Motherboard: MSI PRESTIGE X570 CREATION
AIO: Corsair H150i Pro RAM: Corsair Dominator Platinum RGB 32GB 3600MHz DDR4 Case: Lian Li PC-O11 Dynamic PSU: Corsair RM850x White

The Xeon gets a boost when a program can use more than four cores. We are just guessing that you will need more multi-threaded support and that you do not like to overclock.

We are sort of phishing for you to respond.

I ve thought about overlocking.

I am currently majoring in software engineering, but i dont know if i need multi threaded support

What do you think?

Much, much quieter than the Hyper 212:  http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16835856006&nm_mc=AFC-C8Junction&cm_mmc=AFC-C8Junction-PCPartPicker,%20LLC-_-na-_-na-_-na&cm_sp=&AID=10446076&PID=3938566&SID=

Stock is more than enough provided you have adequate airflow in the case.

Whether you go i5 4690K, or Xeon 1230+... you will have great gaming support and workstation support.  The Xeon covers all the bases better.
