here are my specs

Gigabyte GA-990FXA

Sapphire radeon R9 270x

AMDFX-8320 8 core 3.5 GHz

G.Skill Ripjaws X series 8GB

Corsair CX Series CX500W

H100i CPU cooler

h440 case

So in the H440 case, the back fan is running slow and inconsistent with speeds. It makes a loud vibrating noise. But the fan runs fine if I wake the computer up or restart it until its fully running. Once its fully running it starts doing this again.

I do clean my computer of dust and what not at least once a month. Is the fan just going bad?

fan profile set to silent ?

Purpose is that if you barely stress system it will be silent but if you start stressing cpu it become like a vacuum cleaner, some motherboards even allow to make own fan profile with your own temp tresholds based on cpu or motherboard etc temp, or custom sensor you placed somewhere.

Well I would be doing nothing at all with the computer. Not putting stress on it, and the fan is running like this. Ive had this build for about a year and a half and this is the first time its done this.
