Not Enough USB 2.0 Headers

So I have a fan controller that I want to put in my case that connects through a USB 2.0 header, but the case IO has a USB 2.0. The problem is that I don't have enough USB 2.0 headers. So I was wondering if something like this would work

I just wasn't quite sure if this or something similar will actually work or be reliable. So thanks for the help and if you have any suggestions for a different splitter or for solutions to this problem please leave them below. Thank you  :D
