So... I just left my computer on the whole night (desktop) I woke up and I found it updating or something but it was the colors that were changing type of background and it had text, so when the "update" finished all of my text became red, my antivirus were disabled and I could not system restore, I really want to change this i tried changing backgrounds, everything but nothing seems to work. Does anyone know what is happening I am very worried I might have a virus in my PC and I have no idea what to do... Please reply fast I need help on this.

That sounds like a nasty af virus.

Shut off your email and nuke the PC, sometimes virus's like that email themselves. MAKE SURE THE PC IS NOT SENDING EMAILS PRONTO.

Your granny will appreciate it. Backup files as well, like Arty said.

It looks as if the peasants have risen up, and found swords!

But their sword's look a little short, if you know what I mean!

Good! The squires need training anyway!

I believe so. I've never see it happen before so don't ask me.

Always try to repair before wiping.

Are you still able to run programs? Download and run Norton Power eraser and Malwarebytes Anti-rootkit. Both of these are free and they will run during a full restart.

If these programs find problems and fix them. Then try to run your regular anti-virus

The only thing we have to fear is... Stupidity...
